About Me

I am a Research Scientist in the Atmospheric Science Department at Colorado State University. I work with Dr. Jeff Pierce and Dr. Emily Fischer, and my research interests revolve around linking satellite observations to surface air quality (with the help of atmospheric models). I received both my MS and PhD from CSU working with Dr. Colette Heald.

As to my personal life, I am married to the wonderful Jordan Hotmann, and we have two sons (EZ and the Dash) and a previously spunky Australian cattle dog named Hermano. We enjoy family, skiing, hiking, good food, and living in Colorado. I also enjoy reading and listening to podcasts (I'm a This American Life junkie).
