Education
- Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering – 1996 – University of California, Berkeley
- B.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering – 1990 – Stanford University
Research Interests
My research examines technical and policy issues related to the impact of emissions from energy systems on air quality, climate and public health with an eye toward policy analysis and decision-making. I have taught graduate and undergraduate courses on thermodynamics, atmospheric chemistry, air pollution control, climate change mitigation, combustion, and air quality engineering.
