I. TRANSFER OF CREDITS

  1. Master's Degree

    A minimum of 24 semester credits must be earned at Colorado State University. Only credits earned within 10 years prior to graduation may be applied toward the degree. A maximum of six semester credits may be transferred with the student's graduate committee approval.

  2. Ph.D. Degree

    A minimum of 32 semester credits must be earned at Colorado State University. A master's degree from an accredited college or university may be accepted for a maximum of 30 credits. Only credits earned within 10 years prior to graduation may be applied toward the degree with the approval of the graduate committee. A maximum of 10 semester credits beyond the M.S. degree may be transferred.

  3. Courses with grades below B (3.0) will not be accepted for transfer.
