C. CSU HEALTH INSURANCE

The following information has been obtained from the CSU Health Network website.

Good health care is essential to your academic success! The Student Health Insurance plan is designed to work in conjunction with the Student Fee funded services provided at the CSU Health Network to ensure students have access to comprehensive high quality care. This program provides benefits both within the CSU Health Network and when services are provided outside of the CSU Health network.

All domestic graduate CSU students taking six or more resident instruction credits are required to have health insurance and are eligible to enroll in the CSU Student Health Insurance Plan (SHIP).  All international and INTO students are automatically enrolled in the Student Health Insurance Plan regardless of credit level.
